4mg THC Drink Mixers: Mocktails You Can Build on One Can

Lemon Ginger over ice, the juice of half a lime, a few mint leaves slapped between your palms. Serve in a copper mug if you have one. That is a Moscow mule with the vodka taken out and the THC put in, and the ginger heat in the can is real enough that it does not need ginger beer on top. One can, one glass, 4mg.

Lemon Ginger and fresh lemonade, about half and half, over ice. The lemonade rounds off the ginger and turns it into a porch drink. Same 4mg if you use the whole can in one glass. Use sugar-free lemonade if you are watching that, since the can already carries agave.

Rainier Cherry with a small dash of vanilla extract, or a vanilla syrup if you want it sweeter, and a top of soda water. It lands close to a craft cherry cola without the caffeine, which means you can have it at nine at night.

For a pitcher, use whole cans so the math stays simple. Four cans of Lemon Ginger, the juice of two limes, a handful of mint, and ice is 16mg in the pitcher and pours four 4mg glasses. Write the count on a piece of tape on the pitcher. That sounds fussy until the second round, when it is the only way anyone knows what they have had.
