Featured Product
Most THC drink roundups are written for the evening. Daytime is a different problem: you want the edge off without losing the afternoon, and the dose that works at 9pm is usually wrong at 2pm.
What makes a drink work in daylight
A dose you can work through. 2mg to 4mg. 5mg is fine for some people and too much for others before dinner. 10mg is not a daytime drink.
CBD alongside the THC. A 1:1 ratio keeps the effect in the body rather than the head, which is what you want if you have anything left to do.
Predictable onset. Nano-emulsion means 15 to 30 minutes and a clean fade inside a few hours. An edible that lands at 90 minutes will land in the middle of something.
Watch the caffeine. Some THC drinks add it and some do not, and the label is the only way to know. Caffeine plus THC is a specific experience, and it is not calm.
Low sugar. A 30g sugar crash at 3pm undoes the point.
What works
4mg with matched CBD, caffeine-free. This is the daytime configuration. It is what we build: 4mg THC, 4mg CBD, around 40 calories, no caffeine, in Lemon Ginger and Rainier Cherry. Lemon Ginger is the better daytime flavor of the two, bright rather than sweet.
A 2mg microdose, if you are working. If you have real focus work ahead, drop to the microdose tier. You are aiming for a mood adjustment, not an effect.
Functional blends, with a caveat. Drinks that add lion's mane, cordyceps, or adaptogens are built for exactly this use case. Whether the functional ingredients do anything at the doses used is an open question. The THC and CBD are doing most of the work.
What to skip before evening
A practical daytime rule
One can, early afternoon, with food. Wait an hour before you judge it. If you find yourself wanting a second can every time, you picked a dose that is too low for you, and moving up a tier beats drinking two.
Daytime is not driving
A low dose is still a dose. It can impair you enough that you should not drive, and it will show up on a drug test. 21+, not legal everywhere, not a medicine.
